After an initial call where I described my situation and where I thought the water was coming from. John gave me estimates with different scenarios, I agreed and he came directly to my house to address the leak. There was a restriction in one of the sunroof drain tubes so he cleared it with his equipment and adjusted the sunroof glass assembly, he cleaned and dried my soaking wet car floors, sprayed a much needed mildew spray and ran a water test to finish his repair. His work came with a 45 day warranty, we have passed about 3 months and all is still well! No leak! This guy shows up in a professionally marked vehicle, with a mask and very professional and detailed about his work. I am recommending him and will call him when my next leak happens."
