"I have excellent teeth and the only issue I deal with now is some unasked for cosmetic work that now has to be redone every couple of years to keep from cutting my lip. He removed the protective enamel and then resurfaced it with artificial covering that only last about two years then leaving a sharp tooth that is exposed. Called the office to address this issue with Jay but never would call back. The rest of the team was great hence the 2 stars."

"Dr. Jay has been saving my teeth for years. And I will tell you I have done substantial damage to my teeth over the years! I am a five star grinder and have done some real damage to most of my teeth from that. Jay has never criticized for this problem, and he has helped me to find services that he hoped would help. I have been a patient, and friend now, of Jay;s for about 20 years now. As I am freaky scared of dentists in general -- this has been a relationship of mutual respect and support. Jay just happens to be great at shots of anesthesia, (the area of my greatest discomfort) I have NEVER had a complaint. And does wonderful work on my teeth. His work is technically good, is on top of the most current science and (this is weird) he loves dentistry. That love shows in his work, his staff, his environment and the joy that shows in his face each time he greets a patient. Anyway -- I can't say enough good things about Jay and Cascade Dental... they are just the best"
