This place is extremely accommodating and their care provided is top notch. Anytime I have an issue, they somehow make a way to fit me in and give me the directions for the right next step. "Called Distinctive Dental during mid-November during their open business hours (according to Google). My call went to voicemail, so I left them a detailed message with my name—and a call back number, with hopes to set up an appointment as a new patient. It’s December now—and I haven’t heard back from anyone at this office. Hate to leave such a poor review without an interaction with staff, and/or doctor, but, if I can’t even get a call back, then I honestly don’t want any dental service done from this office."

"Best Experience with Amazing Staff! Never thought going to the dentist could be such an amazing experience! This was the first time I actually enjoyed going to the dentist. The warmth and professionalism of Northwest Distinctive Dental starts at the front desk and flows through the whole staff. Most of my time was spent with Amy and I have yet to experience such warmth and kindness from anyone. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles and genuine care. Two hours in the chair flew by as Amy went above and beyond in every area explaining everything that was going on. She found out that I have sensitive teeth and offered a solution to help with the pain. For the first time in my life I was able to have a cleaning without extreme pain. "I have had only terrible experiences with dental visits. I have dreaded them prior to visiting distinctive dental. Dr. Nutter was friendly, expeditious and covered pertinent information in a simple manner. Dr. Kim did most of my work (fixing a previous dentist's mistakes) and was superb. I did not feel any pain, he was faster than I ever expected and had the best chairside manner I have ever experienced. Bre the dental assistant was just as valuable. The entire experience was the best dental visit I have ever had. The front staff made scheduling with my difficult calendar easy and I never waited in the lobby for more than 3 minutes. This people are as good as it gets."
