"While I was driving to Seattle on I-5, my car started to shake. It was 4:30pm on a Friday, so everywhere I called couldn’t take me, except for Twisted Wrenches. I was so relieved! The front desk person was generous, even giving me their extra water bottle when I was thirsty. And when I showed up they took my car straight back to take a look at it. In under 15 min, I was back on the road. The spark plug became disconnected, so it was a quick fix. I can’t express enough how much this resolved my anxiety. Without Twisted Wrenches my weekend plans would have been ruined!"

"We have an RV that we needed to jump start. Then, it got so even after a good jump, it would die in a moment or two. We figured it needed a new alternator. We scheduled an appointment with Twisted Wrenches. To get the RV to the shop, we purchased a new battery and hoped it had the juice — even with a dead alternator — to keep the engine running for the 11-mile trip.
