"I am pretty freaked out of dentists in general and our insurance changed so i had to find new one. I was having pains and come to find out ur was my wisdom tooth they made appt to check then again to pull it out. It was all so quick and easy and pain free! Doctor and his helper were amazing.. even tho its tiny and older place i really love it and feel confident going again."

"I went into Serenity Dental as a referral because my old dentist no longer accepted my insurance. I needed to get into a dentist fast because I had a sore on my gums that was very concerning. When I got to the office, it seemed okay. As I was waiting a lady came out screaming because "The dentist had ruined her smile". I should have known right then not to trust this place, but I proceeded into the back where I was seen rather quickly. They took x-rays and immediately went into the whole "you have a wisdom tooth that needs to come out". I proceeded to tell them I didn't. It wasn't painful and that wasn't the reason I was in for. The dentist, who never introduced himself then checked my mouth for the sore and said he would prescribe me a mouth wash. He then went straight into checking my nerves in my teeth. He got a q-tip extremely cold and placed it on on my teeth, having me raise my hand anytime I felt pain. Afterwards he told me I needed a root canal, crown, and deep cleaning! That comes out to well over a thousand dollars. So I left that office and made an appointment with my regular dentist for a second opinion. Turns out, I don't need a root canal. I just had hard plaque buildup under my gums and I don't need a deep cleaning, I just had one 3 months prior. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. I swear he was only trying to get money out of me."

"I was referred to Serenity Dental a few months ago. On my initial exam Dr. A provided the utmost quality of care. He must have read my chart and he was aware that I was a cancer patient. Currently I am somewhat out of the woods but I still have to treat with my oncologist and I have to take chemo orally, daily, indefinitely per my first oncologist. Dr. A made me feel very comfortable and he explained to me that he was trained in looking for cancerous conditions and how to treat patients with cancerous conditions. I could tell by how thorough he was with his exam. So that was a relief to begin with for me. I've gone to their office recently a few times and the staff is so professional and pleasant to work with. They treat you with respect. The office is clean and tidy and nicely decorated. But that's really not why we go to the dentist do we? We go because we need care for our teeth. But isn't it nice to know that you're going to a very professional and knowledgeable Dr. that provides wonderful care to his patients. I would recommend their office for anyone who has to dental needs."

"Worst experience at a dentist office. Made the appointment for a check up and cleaning. Told the receptionist I was there for a check up and cleaning. Filled out new patient paperwork, wrote that I was there for a check up and cleaning. Waiting in the reception area for an hour and a half before being called back. When I met the dental assistant, I told her as well, I was there for a check up and cleaning. She went ahead and did x-rays, I waited for the doctor to come back after she was done. He informed me that there wasn't a hygienist in today, and we wouldn't be doing a cleaning. I'd have to make another appointment. I had already invested over two and half hours for nothing so I left and will not be going back."

"This place was awful besides one blonde hygienist that was sweet. The reception room was hot and smelled awful, I waited over 30 minutes to be seen. The first hygienist was sweet and tried to take a couple X-rays, they weren't the right angle for the doctor so they had to do a few more. Another hygienist came in to do them and didn't even introduce herself or talk to me and it was obvious she didn't know what she was doing. Then the doctor came in and instantly put her hands in my mouth, didn't introduce herself, ask what's going on or anything. She then told me she couldn't help me because I was sick and wouldn't even let me finish talking. I am in extreme pain from a chipped tooth and she didn't even give me a follow up plan, I left extremely upset and still in pain. The office manager was extremely rude when I was trying to get my X-rays sent over to another clinic. This place is a small office and an awful experience and I like going to the dentist. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!"
