And uses predatory billinpractices like demanding payment before explaining how medical insurance billing works. Will push your account towards collection even after agreeing that bill unsupportable."

"I love this place. When I first came here and I was filling out the intake paperwork, there was a question that asked about my usual anxiety level at the dentist (on a 0-10 scale). I think I answered a 4 (bravely? lol - plus, I was 8 months pregnant and didnt want to be offered any medication!) Just being asked that and knowing that it's on their radar helps to reassure me so much. I will come here for care of my mouth for as long as I can. Even got my sister to switch to Drs. Ryan & Suzie Bergman! We also have always loved our hygienists and the front desk / billing staff, too. Everyone is helpful and great at what they do!!!"

"I will agree with the common theme on the negative reviews...I don't question the professional dental services, its the antics of the billing. I would have placed this review long before now but my account from insurance payments (10/07/2021) finally was applied after I called the insurance company and got all the proof they were paid myself. My last date of service was in September. I was told I was in network in 2018 when I started with them. I have not been in network with them from day 1. Bottom line check for yourself whether you are in network. 2. Get everything they tell you in writing because the person you have spoken with over billing resolution may no longer be there. 3. Don't bother trying to explain to Dr. Suzie Bergman because she didn't have the time to listen to any explanation and accused me of being mean to her staff, cutting them off when speaking (which is precisely what the current office manager and Dr. Bergman did to me) and how did she put it she was "ok with me finding another dentist for my dentistry needs." I always recommended them to others until my trust was broken. Dr. Bergman I have taken my dentistry needs elsewhere based on your suggestion."
