"Working with Kyle on purchasing my new Corolla Hybrid was a breeze! I found the car via Toyota's SmartPath system and sent an online inquiry. I got a quick online response and decided to call in to reserve the car. Kyle was able to reserve the car for me at the advertised price with no hassle. All it took was a picture of my driver's license. From there, he kept me updated when the car began its journey across the Pacific, sent me the proposed invoices when asked, promptly made any changes I asked for, and investigated pricing for accessories I was interested in. When the car was finally delivered to the dealership, I asked for the Monroney Label and noticed that there were some changes from the original advertisement. Kyle quickly got updated pricing, which actually ended up being more favorable for me. On the day that I came to pick up the car, Kyle was attentive and courteous even though he was also helping another couple with their car purchase as well. I was able to test drive the car and complete all the paperwork with Kyle and Nate within about 90 minutes of arriving at the dealership. Overall, my experience with I5 Toyota and Kyle/Nate was fantastic and I've already recommended people check it out if they're looking for a good deal on new Toyotas with no hassles! The only downside was I was unable to get an accessory installed due to timing of having to take the car. Kyle was able to help match a price I had gotten from a mechanic near me, but the timing just didn't work out for getting it installed at the dealership."

"Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. My car was having all kinds of issues, and I had a 1600 mile road trip that I needed to sort out. I finally got the car back from the shop two days before I had to leave, but it still had lights on on the dash and I just didn’t trust it anymore. I got the runaround from two other dealers over the course of two days before I got in contact with Dale, the same day I was supposed to be on the road. I called him from another dealership and explained what was going on and the predicament I was in. He not only reassured me that he’d have me driving off the lot in a new car, but since I was worried about my car being able to make it down to him he actually sent someone to pick me up! Dale was friendly and professional and an absolute miracle worker. He explained all my options; payments, insurance, gap, warranty, trade in values… never once did I feel taken advantage of or pressured out of my comfort zone. I’m just a few hours Dale had me in a new vehicle safe for my roadtrip and I was on my way. Not only that, but he followed up over the course of the next few days to make sure the van did well on the trip and that I still loved it.
