"***day of service*** I showed up just before 4pm with an appointment. The service sign said, "walk-ins" about an hour for service, for walk ins, not appointment. I have been here over an hour and 45 minutes for a basic oil change. I am being told they are working on it. I paid for the oil changes ahead of time. I guess that means they can now take their time. People have come after me and already left. Terrible service!! Ultimately waited over two hours for a basic oil change. ***a week and a half after the service review*** This is an update to my original review. While there were problems with the service, management stepped up to make it right. After hearing from the tech that management doesn't care about the customer, I found that to be totally false. General manager and service managers met with me on my schedule and apologized for the level of service received. They vowed to do what it takes to keep my business. Totally worth coming back. I will update this the next time we have service down."

"Nice friendly staff. Booked online for oil change, super easy and gives you plenty of time and dates to chose from. Had a good breakfast at the cafe inside (alittle pricey). But nice to have a hot meal while you wait. Nice kids room, and message chairs!"
