"After finding out they accept walk ins and after miraculously being able to get seen on the same day on a weekend compared to other places that were either closed, booked, or wouldn't accept walk ins, Meineke has become our go to place for all our car troubles that we can't fix on our own. My husband and I have been taking our two cars to them regularly for simple maintenance things and spontaneous car issues and they've always delivered quality results, incredible customer service and follow up with you to make sure your car is running well again after they've worked on it. We greatly appreciated on our very first visit that they offer a payment plan option through Koalifi (super easy to sign up for) and we were able to use our approved financial plan to cover our costs since that issue we needed fixed rang up a pretty steep bill. What's also great is that since then all of our visits have accumulated points with Meineke so we were able to get a free oil change done. Britton and his techs are great people and have been so helpful. We're extremely pleased to have a go-to auto shop for all our car needs!"

"Couldn't have been more satisfied. Went in to have my exhaust system analyzed and found out it was a very easy fix. The technicians remove the heat shield and when I went to pay the bill they said it would not be any charge for that. I will definitely return there and tell my friends about it"

"I brought my car in September 23, 2023, because it sounded like it had an exhaust leak. First they said they had to replace manifold gasket. They then said the manifold was warped and needed replacing. They didn't mention that the manifold is one piece with catalytic converter. I had replaced that piece a few weeks earlier at another shop and if Meineke desk person Brit and the technician Nick would have communicated more clearly I would not be out $1200 for a repair that would have been covered under warranty! I feel ripped off! Customers beware!!!!"
