"Terrible terrible experience! My husband came home with half his filling done, overly numb and in incredible pain. They left half of the filling they were supposed to remove in and butchered the entire job. Avoid at all costs if your dentistry matters to you. Poor service and careless attitude from staff as well."

"My sister was recently seen last week at this office and had a TERRIBLE experience! I am sharing this since I have worked in the dental field for over 15 years now and was appalled at the way she was treated. I did speak with the office manager Rachel prior to writing this review and did not feel any compassion nor was there an apology for how her office visit was handled. My sister was told she had a low pain tolerance more than a few times, that her skin complexion and color of her eyes were the reason she was having sensitivity to the procedure she had done(completely absurd) and that her choice of getting a second opinion at a specialist’s office was wasting the specialty offices time. She left sobbing not only from the excruciating pain she was in but also because of the way they made her feel. She ended up in the ER and had she not gone in to the specialists office her condition would have become so much worse. I felt I needed to share this because no patient should ever be treated the way she was!"

"I have been coming here since 2019. Erin is my hygienist and she is absolutely amazing. Her chair side manor is superb. She may even sing a little. It is a “breath” of fresh air to be greeted and be seen in such a wonderful environment. The lady a the front desk was very sweet and understanding when I had forgot my mask. I recommend them to any military family just PCSing here."

"I want to publicly thank Dr. Sharma and the lovely dental assistant Rachel for being honest with me about my dental hygiene - it needed improvement. I thought I was doing okay - I wasn't. I appreciate Dr. Sharma's straight forward and honest approach and am very thankful for Rachel's expert guidance to show me the proper techniques for brushing and flossing. I took what they said to heart, put it into practice and am happy to say it has turned around my dental health. The whole office is warm and welcoming - Abby makes it so easy to schedule appointments and deal with insurance and Dr. Ludu is amazing with tooth extractions - you will think he waved a magic wand. I highly recommend DuPont Family Dentistry."

"I recently had a dental appointment for my 10 yr old son. The dentist Dr. Sharma was extremely disrespectful and condescending to him about his flossing habits. She kept badgering him about how often he flosses and it made him feel extremely uncomfortable. My son felt sad and scared by her repeated questions. Once he answered her questions she continued to ask him again expecting a different answer. I stopped the situation and told her to address me and she ignored my request and kept badgering my son. Once I expressed my disgust about her behavior, she changed her tone. I understand the dental and administrative staff cannot go against the Dr. However, I wish someone would of spoke up besides me. I am completely disappointed by Dr. Sharma’s behavior and the other dental staff (Rachel, the dental assistant). I will not be going back to that dental office. I do not recommend Dr. Sharma or the dental assistant Rachel."
