"Before setting my appointment I asked if they accepted Tricare Prime and were apart of the network, they said they were and continued to book my appointment only to find out after my cleaning that I was lied to and billed for the appointment as if I were Tricare Standard. I hate being lied to and tricked into paying for things that I was told would be covered. Whoever is answering phones needs to know the facts and not just tell people whatever they want to hear to get them in. I’m very disappointed that it went this way because other than this it’s a great office and had I been told the truth in the beginning I would continue to come here even with the bill."

"It took Dr. Peck over 2 months and 4 appointments to do a permanent crown. 4 years later the crown has failed and the tooth is re infected. Also had to get a 5 year old filling re done that he did as well. Poor quality."

"I've been with Dr. Peck for a number of years now - on occasion, also seeing Dr. Horschman. They are really good - I like them both. The setting in their office is pretty nice too - at the right time of year you can see salmon migrating while you are getting worked on, since the office is above a stream and some of the windows look out that way. As with all dentists, it takes a while to get an appointment - but in cases where my wife or I have had an emergency, they find a way to fit us in quickly. The only negative is that every time I go there I have a different hygienist, and my previous dentist always gave me the same one (so I got to know her). That said, every hygienist I've had with Dr. Peck has been good (friendly, and relatively pain free during cleanings). I highly recommend them."
