"A big thank you to Jen, Deena, Tammy (all super sweet office staff), Michelle (the very gentle person who assisted with my tooth repair) and of course Dr. Bock himself. The staff is so friendly here. They treat you like you're their most important patient, always offering help far and above what the job requires. They're always happy to look things up for you, give you advice on insurance, anything you want. Today when I called I was greeted by name before I could even say who I was. Each person spent time making sure I was aware of my options as an uninsured patient, explained the charges. Another thing that I really appreciated was that when I made the appointment, they told me the estimated cost without me having to ask. When I get went back, Michelle was so careful pitting on the dam and all of the gear for the work they we're about to do. She went way out of her way, asking if I was comfortable, if I wanted a different channel on the TV, checking with me every time she was working on my mouth to make sure nothing was painful. I have gone to Dr Bock for a long time. When I was a kid, he took care of my teeth so gently and kindly. He would spend almost as much time explaining how your teeth work and why he's doing what he's doing as he would work on your teeth. Definitely a kid friendly dentist. As an adult, I broke a tooth after not going to a dentist for 8 years. I had such anxiety when I realised I was going to have to let someone see my teeth. However, Dr. Bock was so kind to me and reassuring. He managed to get my razor sharp tooth comfortable enough to make the waiting time til he could do work again on it (due to the pandemic restrictions) and then when I went back the tooth was fixed perfectly, on time and under budget. The price I paid (no insurance) was about half of what Google says the "normal" price would be. When I got home, I was scared to look at my tooth. I thought it was going to look like a parched up mess. When I mustered up the courage to take a look, I couldn't believe it. It's a perfect tooth. It looks exactly like it did before I spat half of it out in my hand. It's a piece of art. Tldr, new tooth good, me happy."

"I have been into this office countless times in the past five years since I found my new dentist, Dr Hutchinson, here. I've gotten regular dental checkups, fillings, cleanings etc. They have super attentive and kind dental assistant staff that make you feel right at home. I've gotten an at-home teeth whitening kit from here, which I had no problems with. And after some time, at the age of 30 I decided to finally get braces, through Dr Bock. That's been a long process consisting of many visits (however, still shorter of a process than orthodontia would've been!), but they always take care of me and listen to any concerns I have, rather than brush them off. I've had some potentially fun billing scenarios but they are good at filling me in on how the process will go and what to expect. I am living in Poulsbo now, but I enjoy the care here so much I'll probably stick around, rather than find a new dentist closer to home. I'd recommend this office to anybody!"
