"I love the doctor here but the phone system is HORRIBLE, and I mean horrible. Even with no one in the que the hold time is over 10 minutes, and scheduling appointments online isn’t user friendly. I only rate it this for my doctor, not for anything else."

"Humiliating, Dehumanizing, Depressing experience. I am unable to eat - I have an infection - I’m in constant pain… doctor didn’t seem to care at all that I will be waiting nearly 3 months. Why do they bother giving you paperwork like do you feel like I a living yourself. Well yes actually- do they care?"

"They told me it would be $50-75 for xray my cavity. They did no work on it, said they could fix it another day. $290 bill. The dentist looked at my teeth approximately 20 seconds at the end of the xrays to say he could fill it. Normally Thats what I would pay to have a cavity xrayed and filled same day. Now how much is the second visit going to cost? They dunno."

"We moved here from Alaska over the summer. My daughter and I both have health issues that we need regular care for. I have been pretty disappointed in the lack of care we’ve received from the Belfair clinic. Dental as well as medical. If I don’t see an immediate change as far as the needs I have right now, we will be finding another primary care clinic. We pay far too much for insurance, health and dental care to be neglected or treated poorly. I’ve already left comments through their website but hopefully this comment will get someone to reach out to me with solutions."

"They only do 15 minute appointments with doctors. That’s what I was told by a doctor. I went for appointment had two or three things that I wanted to go over with doctor. Was told that we could only address one and I would have to come back on separate appointments to address other areas of concern. At 35$ a copay and whatever my insurance is charged, I find this unacceptable. Doctors appointments should not be rushed. I’m not going back for each thing that needed to be addressed. I have a work schedule and can’t always get time needed off. I’m not sure why they limit visits to 15 minutes; whether it’s a policy handed down by administration but to me it seems a bit unethical and derelict. I’m currently looking for another office to go to."
