"Wonderful people and excellent service! Showed up right when they opened with a bad tire, they got our bike in and a new tire on right away. Great selection of attire, very friendly and knowledgeable and the shop dog Mercury is the best!"
"I took my wrecked r6 in for an estimate and possible repairs. Not only were they very helpful and informative, they helped me with my insurance claim every step of the way. I would recommend them to anybody that values quality work and costumer service that is second to none. My experience with them has been awesome to say the least. I'll definitely be going back for any and every bike need I have."
"Awesome shop! Super friendly and helpful! Got us new tires and back on the road in no time! Couldn't be without the Harley during summer! Will be coming back for all our motorcycle needs!"
"Needed new rims and tires installed on my bike. Even though I only paid for the mounting and balancing, the mechanic still looked over the entire bike and tightened a few bolts that were loose. Amazing attention to detail!"
"I have been stopping in here since just after I started riding, when I got my endorsement, at the beginning of 2020. Lived in Federal Way at the time and stopped to warm up for a moment and ask advice about riding in the cold. Was taking 101 to 12 to 7 and into Tacoma on back roads. Jody was instantly friendly and gave me cold weather advice on face coverings and gloves that serves me to this day. Mike did my brakes today on my rather abused 2020 xg750. I not one to trust anything I don't do myself, not that I am a mechanic. I have the manual from Harley for my bike and do my best to do what it tells me. Only anxiety I had dropping my bike off was because I don't know how to interact with people when it matters. Jody and Mike walked me through the process without going overboard. They treated me well as they always do. Be decent and I'd imagine they'll treat you well. My bike feels better than when I took it in. Work looks and feels solid as far as I can tell. They exceeded my expectations in that I felt like I could trust everything that was going on and I am most certainly planning to go to them whenever I come across something I cannot handle. Hopefully not anything that I mess up. I'm not anti dealership work, however, I prefer mom and pop shops like Sadistik when it comes to getting my bike worked on. They are great people and a business worth supporting. Especially since moving closer a couple of years ago."
