Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"Do not ever get delivery from this store. They sent my order but i never received it. Then when i called to say my order wasn't delivered the lady so called manager said that there is nothing she could do that we had to call whoever delivered it. Unfortunately we didn't know who it was. We asked for the district managers phone number and she gave a fake one. When i called back i got someone else and they told me they couldn't even refund my money that we had to wait until Friday when the general manager comes in. This was my husbands dinner and he is handicap so he cant go down there to get it. :("

"Wow new Popeyes close to my house very excited.. Ordered 6 piece chicken wings got home and I looked at them and they looked like they were only bones no meat. Ordered five piece chicken tenders got home and there were only four. Asked for some source got home there was none. French fries were older than my grandma. Chicken were dried as hell. Place looks good but the food sucks."

"I had this one girl named Sherry doing my order inside. She was so fast and so apologetic when I had to wait 5 minutes. She was really a sweetie and let me know every minute my food was gonna be done. Everyone was so kind and the atmosphere was just 10/10"

"I just visited the new Popeyes. Hoping for the best. I ordered an 8 piece nuggets. Trying to keep it simple since they are just starting. I was told at order there would be a 5 minute wait and ask to pull around to the front door. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside. After another 5 minutes I received my order. My 8 piece nuggets ended up being a 4 piece nuggets and 4 crumbs of breading NO! chicken included!!!! The (4) nuggets actually did taste good and was cooked well. I will give them another try in a few weeks.... so sad that the bar has been set so low on fast food service that this has become normal."
