"My experience with smile right got off to a good & fast start, I unfortunately frequently had brackets/ wires break, over time they had a very hard time getting me a appointment when I had a accident occur. I had to wait several days to weeks to get my hardware repaired. I would tell the operator on the phone it was urgent and she would tell me the doctor was too busy to see me even with me being in pain. I would recommend going somewhere else as they are overly busy and will have a hard time finding a opportunity to get your hardware fixed if it breaks on you! I got my braces off early from here and they made me wait about a week to get my retainers. I’d also like to add my retainers were no were close to a good fit. I would not recommend smile right or the customer service from the lady at the front desk to the hands on work going on in the back, I still have glue from my braces and honestly regret giving my time and hard earned money to this business."

"I've been seeing Dr. Solis for 6 months now, he and his staff are super kind! I am seeing great progress with my smile after 6 short months and I am beyond happy with my overall experience with this company. Dr. Solis took extra time with me and my case and prepared me a time lapse video of how my teeth looked in the beginning and how they should look at the end of my treatment and I thought this was super thoughtful that he did this for me. I had broken two brackets back to back and his office was quick and efficient, got me in the same day for emergency fix ups. He has been working with me and has not made me feel bad at all for those two broken brackets. He believes he can give me a smile I have always dreamed of, and I already love my smile so much more and am loving the confidence boost!! Not to mention, the pricing is great and way more affordable compared to other locations. Thank you Dr. Solis + Team for the amazing work you do. You guys are always worth the two hour drive!! :)"
