"I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was promptly told that because I scheduled the appointment online, it was going to take longer. Almost 2 hours later my vehicle was done. They changed the oil but apparently nothing else. No inspection report or vehicle status or anything. I have been getting my car serviced here since I bought it and have loved the service until now. They previously checked all my fluids, tires, brakes, filters, and provided a complimentary car wash. None of that now. What happened to your services?"

"Dustin helped me and he was so nice. He got my car in very fast vs other places that said they couldn’t take it in months. Whoever worked on my car also was so great! I was given an estimate of up to a few weeks but it was done within one. The whole team seems to be really on top of things. Definitely will be new car spot!"
