"Very displeased with Michelle at reception. She said she couldn't find our coverage info, and honestly didn't try that hard. I provided her the current insurance card after double checking myself that it is active. I asked her if she could call the insurance and her response was, "We have over 70 patients, we don't have time to call insurance for clients." That is the first time I have been told that by a provider, that they are "too busy". I asked to speak to someone else. Thankfully Tammy was able to help. She found our insurance info without a problem and processed everything smoothly and pleasantly."

Had to get care quickly for our son and they got him right in but also made him walk away from a tooth extraction saying “I love that dentist”. They have the process dialed for kids to feel comfortable, laugh and have any dental work done with minimal fuss and discomfort. If you need a good dentist for your kids, call them up!"

"This office was absolutely amazing with our 3 year old! She had several filings that needed attention. Dr. Galbraith and his staff were not only great with our daughter but we’re very conservative about what they could do with her teeth. They worked very hard to save two teeth that were questionable and were able to keep them. Her teeth look awesome and we couldn’t be happier. Not only was the dental staff top notch but the front desk and billing as well. We will always come back if needed."

The first two visits were basically consults and having the kids get to know the environment, staff, and process so that they knew what to expect going forward. "The staff, both front desk and assistants/hygienists are wonderful. The ladies at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone. Dr. Galbraith is amazing with my boys. He is disarming, friendly and really connects with them. Even the waiting area is extremely inviting for little kiddos, with lots to do and look at, although we have never had to wait very long. Overall, we love Galbraith Mountain Pediatric Dentistry and are thankful to be able to call it our kids' dental home."
