"BEST PHO IVE EVER HAD. And I’ve tried a ton of pho restaurants! It’s in the happy valley food carts and it’s worth it. I got the braised beef noodles (#21), super soft pull apart beef, a ton of noodles, but the soup that’s in is the best part!!! Extremely savory broth. It was only $15. Sooooo good. 1000/10"
