"Greeted warmly by receptionist, Lisa. The dental hygienist, Shannon, welcomed me and provided information which section to sit in and place my belongings. I kept my coat on so I was comfortable. She provided glasses and explained how she would proceed always intent on cleaning my teeth so the tartar was gone completely—very thorough. I was instructed to let her know if I was experiencing any pain. She answered all my questions and provided information so I could decide how to obtain the best care for my teeth. Very positive. Dr Braunstein was very personable and checked my teeth—lots of positive affirmations—a pleasant experience!"
