"Complaints from staff about staff shortage. I went to appt to get reestablished as a patient and got full mouth xrays and all so I could get 1 cleaning a year there. I recently got delta dental insurance. After appt i was told i cant be seen at both unity care nw dental with my kids and at bright now dental. I was told bright now dont do cleanings anymore and that I should stick with going to just unity care nw. I went to bright now so i could get one cleaning a year there since unity care only does one cleaning a year and i get 2 a year now. So i will be finding a new dentist to do work besides cleanings and fillings. Since unity care bills my delta dental i guess it causes issues with billing for bright now dental"

"Had to do a redo crown - difficult case because I grind my teeth - great crew, personable, transparent about procedure and fees. I'm very happy with the work. Appointment availibility is sometimes difficult but manageable. They care. I like that."

"I initially made an appointment for cleaning when I first moved to Bellingham but to my surprise when I came in they only did X-ray work and made me schedule a cleaning appointment for a month later. Annoying, but sure. It was communicated to me my cleaning appointment was at 1030am but they had me down for 1020am. Were not willing to work with me to get me in and wanted to reschedule me for another month later. I wanted to like this place since its clean, close, and convenient but the "miscommunication" that they keep putting on me isn't worth it. Going to find another dentist office that actually wants patients in their clinic."

"I have severe PTSD with Dentist and I havent been to one in years. The "Bright Now Dental" receptionist was was very helpful helping me to prepare my paperwork and making sure I was informed about medication and Billing as I went in a few days before because I knew I wasn't going to be with it the day of my appt. The day of my appt everything was in order for me. They called me back, I was extremely nervous, the nurse noticed, got me right in the chair. My partner was allowed to stay with me right up to the iv was in and the doctor came in. Next thing I know I was being wheelchair out to our car. My partner had all the info and tools for my after care. I didn't have to worry about a thing or left with unanswered questions. As some who is petrified of dentist, I highly recommend Bright Now Dental."

"FYI They do NOT let you make payments like their advertising implies. They make you apply for Care Credit financing, which is a hit on your credit and you may or may not even be approved based on your credit score. I'd give them 5 stars if they were more up front about this."
