"I will be updating this review as we progress through my daughter’s treatment. So far, very pleased with the efficiency and friendliness of the office. My 12 year old is ready for braces now that her adult dentition is in. Other Board Certified providers I called in the area would not schedule a consult for 4-6 months! I’m glad for them that they don’t seem to need more patients, but Dr. Yeh was sympathetic to our desire to get her treatment started before the beginning of the new school year. They looked through all their office locations to find us an appointment and found a way to squeeze us in and get her treatment started. It wasn’t easy, their practice is busy, but they went out of their way to accommodate the request; which I really appreciate. His treatment plan seems very reasonable and I appreciated his straightforward approach. I’m looking forward to partnering with his team to care for my daughter over the next 2 years. Will update this review as we go along, but so far I’m pleased and impressed. Update 6 months In: So far I am very pleased. Dr Yeh has easily accessible appointment times while also managing multiple locations. His office does close down occasionally for holidays and school breaks, but this is a well planned process marked on the schedule well in advance. So far I have been able to book times convenient for me and my daughter’s hectic schedule. Her treatment is progressing nicely. The staff are friendly and when I needed to speak with Dr Yeh for an issue during a time the office was closed, he called me back right away and we were able to resolve the problem over the phone with his help. I still strongly recommend his service for accessible hours and responsiveness."

"Dr. Yeh did an awful job on my teeth. I was put through years of pain to still have my teeth not be aligned correctly. A lot of staff members were rude or did not do a very good job while working on my teeth (either too rushed, slipping up and stabbing me with equipment or far too slow and chatty with other coworkers; thus making a "15 minute" appointment last for about 40 minutes). Once my braces were off, I was told I would have a lingual bar (upper and lower) for a year ... it has been 3. I was told they would call about every 4 months to remind me to have my lingual bars checked, which only happened 1 time. Now, my lingual bars are constantly breaking for no reason, meaning I have to go in and spend 100$ to have them fixed. Definitely would not recommend. I had another family member who went through a very similar experience, so I know I didn't just get "unlucky.""

"We saw Dr Yeh in consultation re: my kiddo's orthodontia referral. I was impressed with his combination of efficiency, patient care and customer service. He expertly explained my child's issue, and the treatment options. He provided details in response to my questions. His billing staff was available in the room to assist with insurance questions. Dr Yeh graciously provided a referral to another provider who may be equipped to handle our unique needs."

"Dr Yeh's office was full of a friendly staff, but the Dr himself really shone in his empathy and desire to do the best thing for my daughter. We transferred in from another state with a bit of trouble with her orthodontics, and he took over what treatment remained, taking ownership of her smile like she was his own child. Her treatment is now finished with a smile that will have me fighting off boys for years to come, and our experience with Dr Yeh made us feel at home."

"We have had the best experience with Yeh Orthodontics. My son just got his braces off. The estimated time to be worn was almost exact. He got them off a little bit earlier then expected in fact. The whole staff is amazing and we enjoyed every office visit. Not to mention his smile is gorgeous. They worked with our schedule beautifully and had no problems if we needed to come in for a fix.
