"While Dr. Ullsmith and the hygienists were all extremely kind and I always enjoyed their presence and professionalism, the receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Talking to her is hard and she often gets frustrated when you have scheduling conflicts, money problems, or any other inconvenience to her. It’s disappointing to say the least. In addition to this, their billing policy is horrible as they won’t bill your insurance so everything is out of pocket. This wasn’t made clear to me when I first became a patient and I am disappointed by this."
