"I recently had my pickup in for complete detailing. I've had a mouse problem every year with this truck, in spite of setting traps around the truck. This year I left the small back window open and a mouse got in and completely shredded a roll of papertwoels to build an enormous nest over the air intake. In the process he urinated ALL over the truck. The urine smell was so strong my eyes watered. Nick (owner) was able to completely get rid of that horrendous smell and cleaned every square inch of the truck, inside and out. The engine was like brand new. Even the smaller corner wasn't over-looked. I'm so very, very pleased with the results. Nick is very easy to work with; listens and is so accommodating. I love this shop and will turn to them as needed in the future. He's available 7 days a week, which is why I was able to get in within 3 days. He knows his business well and is a great resource for finding what you need locally (like an air filter for the air intake). This is helpful. He also knows products to use to keep the vehicle clean and fresh and where to get them. All around it's a great place."

"I'll kick this off saying that I chose Northwest Auto Detail because they were in town and their reviews seemed to be pretty great. Here's my story though. I took a shot in the dark to see if they could detail my Forester within a couple days as my wife was leaving for a birthday road trip with some friends. I was looking forward to treating her to a fresh vehicle for her time away. I knew they might not be able to accommodate so quickly, and I was fine with that. They reached out and moved around some of their schedule offering to take my car same day and I could pick it up the next morning before she left on her trip. I was elated, as I didn't have to shop around and I had a great solution. I pushed around some of my work meetings (as did my wife) and we dropped off the car within an hour after they called. On drop off, no one responded to the bell ring, but I lucked out as an employee was heading out (maybe on break?). I dropped my key in the chute and she offered to call the office to let them know the car was there and ready. I went on with my day. The next morning, I called after they had opened according to their posted hours and no one picked up. I called 4 times, but no one picked up. I tried to leave a voicemail but their voicemail box was full. I decided to just show up as my wife had to get going. I found the car parked outside with a subpar exterior washing (there was bird droppings all over it), and the interior hadn't been touched. I rang the bell and no one was in the office (an hour after opening. After some waiting someone walked around from one of the RVs parked near the facility. He seemed to know who I was saying right off the bat that they were unable to finish my car. No explanation was provided beyond that. He then went on to offer me the option of leaving the car, but I explained that I had to have the car back so my wife could leave for her road trip. He then said he wouldn't charge me for the exterior wash and gave me the key back. It was very matter of fact. There was nothing to done to suggest any ounce of customer service beyond not charging me for the wash....the bare minimum. I wouldn't have paid for that wash regardless. I had to go home, vacuum my car as best I could, and then help see my wife off. I was late to work because of this. The car is still in horrible condition and I feel bad that this is the state I had to leave things for my wife's birthday. I would have had so much more empathy if they had simply called me. They didn't bother. I'm shocked a business could conduct themselves this way, and I'm at a complete loss as to why my experience is so dramatically different from other reviewers here. I hope this is a cautionary tale for anyone considering using their services. I'm frustrated and disappointed, and I can't fathom using their services in the future."

"These guys did a phenomenal detail on my 25’ Leisure Travel Vans Unity motorhome. In fact, it was so impressive that I’m sure it factored into the price that I was able to sell it for.
