"10/10! Food was Fresh, hot, and delicious! Staff was very nice and overall we enjoyed our 1st Visit! Will definitely be back. Clean and welcoming environment for families with little ones. Chicken sandwiches and shakes were awesome!"

"The chicken sandwiches are delicious. We ordered the shaq attack, uncle Jerome's, and a side of sweet potato fries ($26 total). Both sandwiches are supposed to be spicy but they were mild. I'd suggest 2 or 3 stars if you want a kick. The place is clean, spacious and bright. The only reason this was not 5 stars is the value. The sandwiches are good but they're not $10 each kinda good. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal and I'd come back again."

"Still the same as last time we visited...AMAZING! Except...no ice in the machine. But they didn't mind filling it up behind the counter. It was our daughter's first time at Big Chicken and she agrees...the sandwiches were best! We differ on the fries though...so now her inheritance is gonna be much less than before the fryasco... Consistently giving great tasting food thus far is a huge plus."

"I am not a sandwich fans, but their chicken sandwiches are good. Either grilled chicken or deep fried chicken are juicy, they made them just right, no overcooked. I loved the pan fried Italian bread they used for the crispy chicken grilled cheese sandwiches. The Popcorn chicken with thin coating and still crispy. I appreciate they put salad on menu, after whole lot of meat, vegetable seems making our meal more balanced. I'm impressed with O'Neal's good taste."

"I got "The Ultimate", BC fries, and a drink. "The Ultimate" nicknamed "Big & Sloppy" didn't really have that much Mac and cheese so it really wasn't messy at all to eat. The chicken is closer to a fried chicken steak with how thin it is. The flavor wasn't bad though. Fries and strawberry lemonade were great though. Price and disappointment in the sandwich brought down what should be a 4 to a 3"
