Reviews of Owl N' Thistle
"Pretty cool spot. Everyone always talks about it. We popped in for a quick bite. The fish and chips are of course a seattle staple but they really were good! The tartar is made in house and was a great addition. Always love a good rotating tap too. The decor was very vintage and little owls everywhere."
"Wow surprising I have not rated this before, been coming here for ages. Nice quaint Irish pub on a very cool lit backstreet. We usually go here when we are in town for a sports game. Good Irish beers on tap, tasty stew and soda bread. Like the fact it is one of the few places downtown that actually stays open late. Often has live music or sports on the TV."
"I loved the live Jazz! It was the perfect place for a low key vibe. People are friendly, service is fantastic, and drinks are fab! I didn't get a chance to eat but I'm sure they have good food. They have a pool table to play in the back as well. They feature different local musical artists every night of the week so be sure to check who is playing. Don't miss this place on your next stop to Seattle!"
"Fun atmosphere all round with live band. There are several sections incl the restaurant, bar and games room, catering to different interests. The Guinness beef stew is my personal favourite and washing it down with a Guinness stout is a plus!"
"Fun place. I was in the mood for Irish on my way to watch the Sounders and remembered this place on Post Alley. They were busy, and still the food and drinks came out quick (with only one waitress I might add)."
