"The food is definitely traditional Hunan. We had three dishes, one good (Stinky tofu with intestines), one OK (Eggplant) and one bad (spareribs- so dry and no taste). What makes it a 3 stars - the dishes are so small that you need 2 dishes per man for dinner and it is expensive. $20+ per dish and you still have to pay $1.5 per bowl of rice."

"My first time trying Hunan cuisine and it was so delicious. For Chinese food, Cantonese cuisine is my go to and I’ve dabbled with Szechuan here and there. Hunan food is a great mixture of both, good spicy and flavorful food. There’s actually so many dishes on this menu that I want to try next time. I loved the Braised Pork Belly with buns. I’ll be sure to try more fish and pork dishes when coming back. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to expand your palette!"
"Plenty of awards they got from Hunan’s food cultural association. Seems to be a scaled chain restaurant available in the west cost states. Could be found in Edmonds and Redmond WA CA NV. Food is acceptably spicy and delicious. Picture is lamb hot pot with glass noodles."
