Reviews of Rough & Tumble Pub
"We came here because my cis girlfriend is a woman who loves watching sports and she was very excited about the existence of this sports bar focused on women's sports. We were there for the sec championship game. It was great, very nicely appointed and spacious. The television/screen situation was super professional, the food was good and drink was quality as well. Very cool! We need one in la!!!"
"I love so much about Rough and Tumble. They post their game/event schedule on Instagram every day, so I know which games I might be interested in going for. Love their commitment to showing women's sports and Seattle sports. The food is seriously so good, I've been happy with every single thing I've ordered (brunch, nachos, sandwiches, salads, fries, tots, skillet cookie...it's all good!), and I love their tap list. Service is excellent. Even when it's super busy, they always check in at reasonable times. Regarding atmosphere, I feel so comfortable there, and they really welcome everyone: all genders, all levels of sports knowledge, all ages. I always know it's going to be a good time! Really, whether you're going to watch a specific game or just going to get some food or drinks any time, it's a pleasure to go."
"Only one person working the tables, felt bad for her. Bloody Mary was great. Couldn’t get the title XI sandwich cause they don’t serve lunch until 12, but the breakfast was good. 5 stars because it’s a women’s sports bar, easy to give them money."
"We shared the reign storm burger, the pork belly sliders and the Billie jean chicken wings. I love that this place has like elevated barfood that doesn't feel heavy or greasy, it was very nicely done. The burger was my favorite, came here because I was in the mood for a burger and it did not disappoint. Got it with the side salad which was a large helping dressed perfectly with a vinaigrette so I appreciated that as well. The wings, I think from the pictures we expected it to be an Asian taste with the sesame seed topping but o would describe it more along the lines of a honey bbq sauce! They were cooked perfectly and the taste was great. The pork belly sliders were confusing, we expected soy and ginger with the gojuchang glaze but really it was mostly like a Sriracha tasting sauce that was prominent - almost no soy or ginger came through. The cut is THICK so the edges were very overcooked and tough, understandably with how thick it was but still. Maybe cut it thinner then double up on the slider because the overcooked bites weren't very pleasant but the center was BOMB. The slaw and the bun it came on was awesome bringing it all the flavor together! Atmosphere was awesome, clean with patio seating (two maybe three tvs on the patio) and a great view of the sunset. They've changed the bathrooms to both be gender neutral but walking into the left one the stall only had a urinal so just a heads up for us non standing bathroom goers. They were pretty cool about putting on other non women's sports when it's not crowded but I would check the schedule before expecting that, understandably it's for womens sports so the tv playing college football was changed when the storm started."
