"This establishment is genuinely one-of-a-kind. From what I gather, the owners transformed this former barber shop into a bar, and the creativity poured into it is simply remarkable. My experience ordering a cocktail here was nothing short of incredible. The staff took the time to inquire about my preferences and dislikes, and then concocted the most delicious cocktails I've ever had – not just once, but twice! Their talent shines through on multiple fronts, and they always make you feel like a cherished friend. Here's to raising a glass in celebration! Cheers."

"This is a fabulous joint! The drinks are delicious and unique. I had the jalapeño grilled cheese and it was so yummy. This place is small and cozy, so bring a friend but not more than three."

"Only giving this four stars cuz I don't want to overcrowd the place. That being said, it's lovely. Best cocktails, really interesting and different. Staff is very good and food is better than it should be for the size of the place. Recommend the Soba noodles or the grilled cheese kimchi. Also recommend going there at any time (except when I want to be there cuz seating is limited...)"

The taste of the drinks are spot on and love the true vibe of Prohibition, hardly even a light on! You could miss the spot if you blinked walking by but what a treasure it was to find! "I hesitate to drop a review because this cocktail bar is exactly what Olympia has needed FOR YEARS! Tim and his team have elevated craft cocktails to the next level. The panini press is where Bryce used to cut my hair, so that’s weird. Great use of the old barber shop space. Super fun. Unpretentious. Great high end bourbonses too.
