"I've passed by this place a lot since I work in downtown Vancouver, but I've never stopped by until last week! Now I've been here a couple of times and would highly recommend the restaurant. The service is top-notch and all the waitresses are super sweet and seem to care about their customers. I am not a regular yet, but they are so kind especially to the friendly faces that they see often! It's very much an all-American diner feel on the inside, but I like how clean it is compared to other local diners. Best of all, the food is awesome. Their soups are fresh and tasty, and they have a lot of lunch favorites in big servings at great prices! Their chicken tenderloins have a satisfying saltiness to them, and I especially love the French fries. Would highly recommend."

"Thursday placed it's my "happy place". But God darn it all you hipsters and soiled kids spending your Rick parents' money.... You're literally slowly, but surely, killing something i love and have for nearly a decade and a half.... Just walk 2 more blocks and drink at Shanahan's. That's where you belong, "Shoo!, Shoo!"."
"Great bar. Classic. Jennifer is great. Good new addition to that place. Very courteous. And straight up. I've frequented that place since Patty worked there... Years ago in the 90's. As a bartender I can tell you. That is the real deal. I'm glad that place is still there."
