The Pig Bar

"Went down today at 1 to meet a friend from out of town and rrrrreally been wanting the pig bar nachos. The google hours say it's open at noon but it is not. Not open till 3 and the restaurant will not make you the nachos. Haha I've tried many times. If you want the nachos you can't get em till 3pm!"

"This might be my new favorite place for a date night in Olympia. We ordered the pork nachos with the larger size and shared them. They were perfectly balanced with nacho cheese, salsa, and pork. We also got the 3 pork ribs, which were exquisite. I didn't have to add BBQ sauce at all. The bark was perfect, the seasoning, probably the best I've ever had. If you care about cost, just know that this place is also budget friendly. Bartender Rob is also amazing. Warm, friendly, service was timely, and exactly the right amount. Atmosphere: so it's winter and lots of Olympia restaurants are cold, but the temperature was inviting. The decor isn't fancy but comfortable. Music was a good vibe and not too loud for a conversation. We'll definitely be back."

"My husband and I tried the Pig Bar for the first time tonight, we weren't starving so we opted to split the Pulled Pork Sandwich. It was so delicious we ended up ordering another one! Super excited to have a new favorite restaurant! The smell of this place also should be bottled up and sold ❤️ absolutely mouth watering."
