"Having used this service about 30 times in the past few months. It's the best. Customer service both by the Call center and the drivers. If you are in castle rock. Maybe just passing through. Use Castle rock eats. You won't regret it. Subway once was out of a bunch of things they worked with me to change my order on the fly. It was great. We laughed and it was the best part of my day actually."
"It's GREAT to have a local delivery company and there have just been days I've been to lazy to use my own car.... BUT.... the charges and fees are crazy... now, I understand that a person needs the coin in the bank but they charge up the prices on the menu, then add a horrendous amount of tax well above the 8% for our area, then the delivery fee, then another fee, and make tipping kitchen staff AND the driver mandatory. Can you see where I am going with this?? So long story short I ended up paying almost double the cost of a small pizza from the local just to have it delivered. Unless you are in no shape to drive, I suggest picking it up yourself..."
