"Found a very cool pair of shorts today and on a rack near the counter. Had a girl nearby join in on the rack and then she turned to me and said there is an entire store of clothes and I’m trying to tag these clothes! No polite words here, showing me where maybe I could find these shorts in the store! Never have been spoken to in such a rude manner as a paying customer! Took my money and left to spend elsewhere!! Poor customer service at this discount store and never was approached by an employee!"

"Absolutely horrifying experience at this outlet store. We walked in and started looking around. Firstly, we were completely ignored by the staff they did not even acknowledge our existence. Not to mention the store was completely freezing inside as well. After we were about to walk out one of my friends went to throw her finished Starbucks drink in the trash that was in Pacsun. One of the employees was sitting on the counter and talking to another employee. As my friend threw her drink in the trash she overheard both of the employees sick and nasty comments about her, all over a Starbucks drink? They gave her the nastiest glare and immediately stopped talking when she turned over, confused at what she could have possibly done to deserve such rude customer service! She continued to ask very politely that if there was a problem. They then continued to deny they had done any wrongdoing completely invalidated her feelings after their disgusting behavior. They then continued to deny that they had ever had any rude remarks and continued to tell my friend they were talking about a brain bleed. They were basically talking about her being mental, which is inappropriate behavior. My friend asked them if this unnecessary dispute was over her throwing her drink in their trash can and the employee told her to pick her drink out of the disgusting trash can. Please keep you and your drinks OUT of pacsun and their idiot employees. As a fellow pacsun believer/consumer I do not feel respected any longer. They do not care about your values or you as a costumer. They only care about manipulating and gaslighting you. Please save yourself and your money by going to a store that values you as a person and wants you to grow."

"Took my teen here. We were completely ignored. They were rude. The store is trashed. Went next door to Aero, they immediately said hi and acknowledged us when we walked in. C’mon pacsun, it’s just bad business."
