"Our salesman Cesar was very helpful and immediately gave us a comfortable experience. He helped us with a outfit for our casual wedding. I highly recommend Tommy Bahamas and ask for Cesar !! Excellent customer service experience !!"

"Incredibly displeased and appalled at the customer service at this location. My family and I walked in to this store at 7:45pm today 6/18 and Savannah and Kendra were so rude to my family. They scoffed at us walking in and rudely announced that the mall is closing when we still had 15 minutes. We then decide to leave the store and they proceeded to laugh at us walking out. We spend a generous amount of money with Tommy Bahama and love the brand. The customer service was by far the worst I have received at this location and if they continue to staff this location with rude associates then I will have lost my business. I took my dad here for Father’s Day and I greatly regret it. I would rather spend full price on the items and get better customer service. Do better."

"Unfortunately I'm still too big to shop here for myself but I can still get things for others. If they don't have it they can check online and send it to your house. Can be a bit spendy on some things but if you buy Tommy Bahama normally you already knew that. I really like their selection. It's out front by the parking so it's really easy to get to. If only they had more big guys clothes."
