"The young man helping me was rude at nearly every opportunity. On the phone the day before my appointment, as I walked in and asked about my appointment, and during the appointment while I was asking questions. It seemed to be his goal to make me feel dumb for asking questions about different tuxes. One of the only questions I was asked was “you sure?” in a condescending tone when I said what color jacket I wanted at my wedding. Can not recommend this store."

"Terrific experience! Had to rent a suit for a wedding and the sales associates at this location were professional, quick, and thorough in their explanation of the contract. They also have some pretty good items on sale!"

She is bas she treat a white man very well. With my self was pushy and aggressive. She said ho to different store. Rude n disrespectful. She only looks for her commissions."

"My husband and I were completely unsure of his size since he fluctuates in weight but the gentlemen working there guessed his size in blazers right away just at a glance. Super impressive. Even when we moved to the clearance section he came over and kept helping us. We ended up leaving with a really nice blazer at $100 and felt valued as customers even though we weren’t able to pay $300 for a non clearance item. We will definitely come back for the next formal event we need to attend."
