"Poor quality blanket. Bad customer service. I came in to purchase the Glacier Park blanket for a picnic. The staff nicely offered to “throw in” a carrying case no problem, for making a large purchase. They charged me $39 for the carrying strap that they offered to “throw in, no problem.” Additionally, the blanket has developed a small hole after little to no use. I don’t use it often , so it’s a double let down. I do not recommend Pendleton."

"Walked from 6th and Denny arrived at 4:41 to see the sign will return at 5:05. I thought I'd wait, I've been waiting on my trip to Washington to visit this store. Another pair of tourist also came up and pushed door. Then a young lady came to the door and We thought she was opening for us only to see. She changed the time to 5:15. Very disappointing to see an hour before closing. You lost sales from all three of us this day."

"I'm in love with wool, especially from Pendleton. This Pendleton store has an abundance of everything Pendleton sells, from the famous Westerly wool sweaters to Beaver State wool blankets, winter beanies, button-up jackets, long-sleeve shirts, and more. If I had my way and could afford it, most of my clothes would be from Pendleton. The close location to Pike Place Market makes this store a must-stop for wool lovers. Feeling all the high-quality wool is a tactile experience providing pure joy."
