"Very bad service and horrible customer service , I purchased a jacket on January Tuesday 16th and they charged me twice in my credit card with two different transactions , I called them to fix the problem but they want me to go to the store I live in Pasco Wa !!!! How stupid is that they can’t fix the problem they need to hire a better managers!"

"Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. Went to exchange an item I purchased online for a smaller size. I was told I had to return it and then re-buy the item. The clerk informed me I would be able to re-buy the item at the same price I purchased it for. She charged me a higher price for the item than I had originally paid. Then, after she did that, I was told they couldn't do anything about it. They told me to call customer service. I spent 30 minutes chatting with customer service, who told me it could only be fixed in-store. The in-store staff told me it couldn't be fixed in-store. No one will accommodate the error of charging me a HIGHER price than what I had originally paid for an exchange. Lynnwood Store - Associate Number 954070. Don't tell customers you will exchange items for the same price and then charge them a higher price. Follow through on your word. I wasted an hour on this and it got me nowhere."

"A package was delayed because of a USPS mistake. The package reached Bothell already but then transferred to Oregon, and we couldn't get the package by the day we left for Canada. The customer support (online) said I could return the package to local store, so my wife went there for return after she went back to the US. The store didn't accept the return saying they need my original card, which was not mentioned in the return email or the return label at all. My wife didn't have my card and I was still in Canada. Then they said they can process it with my wife's ID and card, but when my wife provided them she was refused again because the last name of she is different from mine. It's interesting to see a store would want to change other people's last name :) Good job there"

"One of my favorite apparel stores. I like Eddie Bauer for its quality. Never had issues with a size after washing Eddie Bauer clothes."

"Easy to get to and it seems they're always having a sale. Good selection however this is 99% clothes. It'd be nice to get some of their other supply kind of things in inventory."
