"I ended up visiting 2 stores looking for my daughter's present. The first Zumiez was located in Kent Shopping Plaza, and they were extremely helpful. Albeit, they didn't have what I was looking for; the young lady inside was able to locate the exact style and size of Converses my daughter wanted and placed them on hold at the other store which was located in Southcenter. Upon arrival there, the young man was also very helpful in locating the item that was placed on hold and my daughter's face lit up with joy. So, thank you, Zumiez staff, for helping to make this a really good Christmas for us."
