"I’ve had a pair of the Orvis Pro wading boots for a few years. After some light use the sole started to detach from the left boot. Brought them in and the store manager gave me a new pair as a replacement with almost no questions asked. Amazing customer service."

"Even though the staff was super nice to me, I’ve watched a situation where the owner/staff didn’t want to let a black person in. The staff claimed they wouldn’t have the capacity to have more customers in the shop (which was absolute ridiculous since there were just 3 customers in at all). Shocking behaviour and therefore you should think twice if you want to purchase something in this shop if this is their attitude to people."
