I particularly liked that the staff styled looks for me based on my preferences and their knowledge of would look good on me. This is definitely a go-to for me! Highly recommend."

The staff does a great job of providing high level customized service-finding sizes, making suggestions, and giving insights on what is trending. I love shopping w/o having to think too much. "Love this place! They carry brands that I love (Rails, AG, Vince) and the selection is well curated. I am so happy to have a clothing store like this in downtown Kirkland. I especially love the jewelry! (How have I never heard of Jenny Beard?) I found the service to be just right. I was in a hurry and the woman with the short blonde hair who was denigrated in the previous review gave me a chance to look around before she checked in. I didn’t feel pressured in the slightest. Highly recommend!"

"When I went into the store with my wife this past week I must say I was extremely disappointed. There was a woman working with short blonde hair that consistently followed my wife around the store as well as harassed her while she was in the dressing room and made both of us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. She treated the both of us like we were an inconvenience and her attitude was very off putting to say the least. My wife was very upset by the entire experience and I have to say it’s unfortunate because the clothing was good quality and not to mention the other two women working were polite and welcoming. We will not be returning and encouraged our friends and family in the area to not shop with this company due to the experience with this one woman. The entirety of our visit was ruined due to this woman’s behavior and attitude."
