"This location is super clean and organized my only issue is the staff. Having worked in retail myself I know when someone is being profiled and unfortunately I was. I was followed and asked how I was doing about 10 times in the twenty minutes I was in the store. I love this brand but it sours the experience of shopping in person when the staff is purposefully trying to make you uncomfortable so you don’t steal? I still bought my jeans but I think I’ll stick to buying online and running to the post office for returns/exchanges."
"Two out of three salespeople were unkind the evening of 12/16/23 and made my partner and I feel unwelcome in the store and stupid for asking basic questions. I do like their clothes and was even wearing their clothes in the store as they were being rude and talking down to me. Would recommend shopping online with Everlane online and avoiding this store"
"This place is fine but I hate that you’re required to provide your email at checkout. I told their associate I didn’t want to provide my email and asked if there was a way around it. She said no but that they would never send me marketing emails. That’s totally false and they need to stop telling people that. I’ve unsubscribed from their emails twice to no avail and am annoyed that they were not transparent about how they use emails. I keep getting annoying emails from them."
"Not sure why this store has mixed reviews. My experiences have been positive so far. Wonderful customer service. The staff are friendly, very attentive and check in at the fitting room at a reasonable occurrence. I had some confusion about some of my orders and the staff were able to resolve it. The staff can put together carts for you and order online directly from the store. As a predominately online Everlane customer I love having a nearby store location to try products on"
