"If a customer orders hot tea with honey you have to stir it. Honey will sink to the bottom and not get mixed into the liquid. We literally have to ask them to stir it and most of the time they don't. I have stopped buying my tea from there and just packing my own"
"5 stars across because I’ve been there buddy. Twice a month my 10 year old and I get starbucks on Sunday. The line was so long. We got to the window and the man was obviously unhappy. I paid, tipped and told him to have a good day, I don’t think he did. My son asked why he was like that. Because his job is hard, he had so many cars and people are rude when they have to wait. The drinks were wonderful. We’ll be back in 2 weeks, maybe at a different time. The wait was worth it."

"I work across the street and order from here all the time. They’re always incredibly friendly! One time I made an online order and walked over to find out their lobby was closed because they were short staffed and because of it their online ordering was turned off so my order was actually made at another location but the amazing employee (I wish I caught her name to give her credit) remade my order there!"
