"I dont understand putting frozen cucumbers on a sandwich. Making the sandwich touching the cucucumbers seeing that they are frozen and STILL making and delivering the sandwich. I'll never order from here again. They could have called and offered me something else if they didnt have the cucumbers for the beach club instead of putting FROZEN ice cold cucumbers. Im biting into the sandwich and hitting ice. Its snowing and to get cold frozen food when youre expecting a warm sandwich is so disappointing. I expect better but it seems no restaurant even has their OWN expectations and integrity anywhere anymore."

"Finally placed our first order using the app. We ordered the giant gargantuan. My boyfriend has been fed up with other sandwich shops hardly putting any meat on their sandwiches, but this sandwich was PACKED! Our order wasn't ready when we arrived, which was totally fine, the guy was working alone and looked like he had several online orders. He told us ours would be right up and it was ready very quickly after that. He was pleasant to deal with and made our sandwich well! We'll definitely come back soon."

"We had 2 cold sandwiches, $50 with horrible service, no thank you. Ordered delivery today, was told my food would arrive in 20 minutes. 1 mile down the road. My food took over 1 hour 40 minutes to show up and then I had to direct the delivery driver to the address. In a day and age with GPS, this shouldn't be an issue. And the business is in your surrounding neighborhood! Repeatedly called the store and when we got through, the lady kept telling us that our food was on its way. In that much time, we could have walked there and back."

"Disappointed with this location. I work 5 minutes away. If you get green lights, less. It took 45 minutes for a 20$ sandwich? At least they got my order correct this time. Previous order was an Italian, and a turkey avavado... Got an Italian and a tuna... Not going to be ordering from here anymore."

"Veggie sandwich was tasty; however, it was nothing like my order. I was there yesterday 11-8-21. I ordered veggie:scoop the bread, cut in half, extra veggies. Sounded like the last 1,000 times I said it. The young woman repeated my order and handed it to some tall guy who made the sandwich. Gee, he heard the order then read it and still he gave me No scoop the bread, No cut in half, and No extra veggies. Love the Veggie Sandwich so will try other locations for awhile. Maybe this guy will find his true work passion and follow his dream...its not customer service."
