"Love this place! I buy a knife everytime! Where else can you get a cool, nice knife for 10$?! Some could just be nicer quality when you spend more money... Check it out when your close by!"

"Pretty decent collection....too bad they're not interested in selling anything. Been there a half dozen times, I feel like I'm intruding. Today the old guy was too busy sitting and playing with his phone to notice me looking around, then a few minutes later the other guy came from the back room eating lunch, asked if I needed anything, then turned around to go to the back."

"If I could give zero stars I would. We were going to lay down a few hundred bucks on a Benchmade knife but couldn't get any help despite no customers. One guy sitting on his butt, a gal cleaning and another rude old man with zero customer service. We took our money to Sportsman's warehouse."

"It's a shame.... pretty good selection of knives, too bad the staff doesn't want to sell you anything. I've been in 4 times now, noone ever wants to show me a knife, they're too busy sitting in the back talking on their phone. Edit: staff was too busy doing freight, working their tails off to greet a customer? How about the other times I was there? The customer service is atrocious, which is a shame since I was interested in a couple of Shun cutlery knives but I'll find them elsewhere."

"Never had an issue with this place great customer service great for new people looking for knives there is some expensive knives but they also have a great $10 case and are really nice knives. Would reccomend this place 100%.Some people may complain but I have never had a bad experience here and would say it's a good first timer looking for a knife kinda place."
