"A waste of time and money. Made a purchase only to have the same item go on sale a couple days later. I was told I could return these to the store and reorder the same pair of shoes (that I just brought into the store) and then wait 4-7 business days all because they cant do a price adjustment. I will happily take my business elsewhere after this."

"Whenever I want new Vans, I've always had great experiences shopping at Journeys, ever since I was a pre-teen. Employees at this location are friendly and while it's clear that they're trying their best to make sales, they maintain professionalism without being too pushy, and do whatever they can to make the customers happy. I bought some new slip-ons here a couple of days ago, and the person helping me got me everything I wanted, looking as much as they could for smaller shoes to fit me. I really appreciated their help."
