"Horrendous customer service. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST Lazy customer service, threatens customers with litigation when they're desperately asking for help receiving what they paid for. Purchased $150 worth of product and it was never delivered (Fedex issue). Asked Leko to assist and they did the absolute bare minimum possible. Contacted Fedex on our behalf, because only the shipper can initiate a lost package report. Three people were home at the alleged time of delivery and the Ring Doorbell did not register either motion or a doorbell press. Pretty standard for a delivery that they either walk up to your door or ring the doorbell, or both. Leko then simply forwarded Fedex response and said "oh well". Suggesting that if we requested a signature on delivery this would have solved our issue. So, not requesting signature on delivery means Fedex can just dump your package wherever they want and it's ok? Impeccable logic. Leko's end solution was suggesting us to reorder again before the items went out of stock. Fool me once..."
