"I feel like they don't appreciate the customers at this location Clackamas! So sad for Express! I'm a long time Express shopper. My Express stores were in Tigard and Hillsboro and they closed down. Employees are not happy and helpful at Clackamas. I've always been blown away by the other Express stores in the area such as Tigard and Hillsboro. Their customer service was on point and they always remembered my name. I drove an hour to get to this store in Clackamas and they are not friendly to customers or helpful! Not good. Wont be back. No greeting and when I asked for help it was like pulling teeth. Need my stores back in Tigard and Hillsboro! From the looks of it, this store will close if they don't get better sales people that are friendly! Maybe they are friendly when the big wigs are around. If I was a professional shopper they would have gotten an F for Fail."

"Walked in today to get a feed things…( I used to work here for 2 years) and they just plain Ignored me. Refused to greet me or even get me dressing room to try on my purchase SM even ignored me until I left the area where I was needing help to get her to help me. You’d think I had the black plague or something I will absolutely think twice before shopping at this store again. Terrible service to Loyalty Credit Card holders"
