"Great people, great product. We were peeking in the windows of the new downtown location and, even though they weren’t open, they invited us in. They were SO friendly. There was so much passion about the product and their city which is always amazing to see. The product itself is so nice and reasonably priced. We got a sweatshirt that is not only the coolest design we saw in Portland, but also the softest and it fits so well. We ended up getting 2 hats, 2 tees, and 2 sweatshirts and love them, our friends noticed and decided to go and check it out too. Can’t wait to tell people at home about them."

"I'd give Portland Gear 10 stars if I could. I can't say enough good things about them. Always such friendly and welcoming staff. The quality of their products is outstanding. I recently purchased the Portland Quarter Zip sweater and it's incredibly comfy. Also purchased the Cascade Backpack which is insanely well designed ~~ so much so that now my husband wants one! :) Lastly, I ordered something online then emailed them to request a change to the ship-to address. Not only did they receive and reply to my email in a timely manner, they were happy to change the address and the item was received the very next day ~~ in a neighboring state! Talk about efficient and helpful customer service. Lastly, I love how they are always giving back to and helping the community.
