"The food is great. The guy on the grill does not speak understand English, but can cook. The ladies run this joint and can translate as well as help you out. Usually a 10 min wait, but can get busy on a busy day in the mall....but it's all fresh."
"Love the food!! Everytime its so good and they are so nice and accommodating. I have no idea why their rating is so low when they serve the best food out of the whole food court!"
"This place was weird. We told the girl what we wanted from the menu and she said we couldn't get that and we had to do mongolian grill style plates and she cook it. She was very sluggish and didn't really look confident in making our food. She asks us what we want on our food as far as sauces and we told her, she stops cooking and gets on her phone as we are still telling her what sauces. We sit down and eat and the food is gross. Well it just taste like the black burnt grill it was cooked on, that's the absolute ONLY flavor it had. I was disappointed..and it was expensive. 2 thumbs down"
"Food came quickly it was delicious 5 out of 5 100% would recommend to a friend"
"I have eaten at this place, Oki Japan, a couple of times already in the South Hill Mall food court. The food tastes very good. I wasn’t very impressed with my food this time around though. The cashier was very friendly and quick to put the order in. Since the wait was long, I went to another restaurant to get my drink. I had ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box that has California sushi rolls, A potsticker, two shrimp sticks, and seaweed salad. There were cuts in random places of my food like what you can see in my potsticker in the second photo. The sesame seed doma gando treats tasted a little off, but still good. Each ball was not completely covered in sesame seeds and with seeds unevenly cooked. I had to keep asking for soy sauce packets and only got 1 when I usually have 3 plus 1 packet of sweet & sour sauce. Also, my sushi rolls were not fully wrapped so I had to carefully eat them. This hassle for $18 of food that I paid for may no longer be worth it."
