"So I am a super fan of mascot wear but ordering through this company has gone way down since I used them back in 2010 give or take. Waited 9 weeks with no reply and the only contact this company will have with you is when you call them. The help on the other end or lack there of also acts put out when u ask questions and usually doesn't have an answer to your question anyway. I've ordered multiple items from overseas and never had this sort of time issue or problem. I can tell you I will no longer be using RepconNW and I would recommend anyone looking for mascot gear to go elsewhere and save yourself time and headaches."
